Vaiva Grama

Co-Founder & CMO, MorPro Inc.

Vaiva arrived in the U.S. with one bag and a dream, started as an assistant at a small trucking company, and built her own fleet from 6 to 137 trucks. Now she runs brand and growth for MorPro — telling the story of the 80% and bringing more verified operators into the network.

One Bag and a Dream

Twenty-five years ago, Vaiva arrived in this country with her mother and sister — one bag, no language, no friends, and no safety net. What she did have was a dream: the American dream. That single decision to leave everything behind became the foundation for everything she'd go on to build.

Nothing about her path was handed to her. Every step — the language, the connections, the capital — had to be earned from zero. It's why she's never needed the story of the little guys explained to her. She lived it.

Learning Trucking from the Ground Up

In 2015, Vaiva stepped into the trucking industry as an assistant at a small trucking company. She wasn't just there to do a job — she was there to learn everything she possibly could, because she already knew she'd have her own trucking company one day.

Dispatch, compliance, settlements, driver relationships — she absorbed all of it from the inside, watching where small carriers won and where the industry quietly bled them dry.

Six Trucks to 137

In 2019, she made her move: six trucks, her own authority, her own fleet. Then she did what almost nobody in trucking pulls off — she partnered with a local dealership to build a lease-to-purchase driver program and scaled the operation to 137 trucks.

The lesson she took from that run is the same one MorPro is built on: with the right systems, anything is possible. Drivers became owners. A six-truck shop became a real fleet. Systems — not heroics — made it repeatable.

From Fleet to Technology

In 2021, Vaiva crossed from operations into technology, helping owner-operators sell their trucking businesses — work that became Domilea, her first technology company.

Then came Trucker College, built for the little guys: the drivers and small trucking companies working to succeed and scale. Everything she'd learned the hard way over a decade, packaged so the next operator could learn it in weeks.

Telling the Story of the 80%

As Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer of MorPro, Vaiva runs brand and growth for the network and the DriveStyle movement. Her job is simple to say and hard to do: tell the story of the 80% — the owner-operators and small fleets legacy software ignored — and bring more verified operators into the network.

She's not marketing an idea she read about. She's marketing the exact journey she lived — from one bag at the airport to a 137-truck fleet — and the network she wishes had existed when she started.
