The Beginning
Yamil starts in trucking as a dispatcher for his father’s trucking business.
MorPro Is Founded
Yamil founds MorPro with its first truck and starts building the systems to run it.
Building Systems
Developed the first versions of what would become MorPro OS — documented processes and operational standards.
Pathway Transportation
Launched the flagship fleet operation to prove every system at scale.
Technology Focus
Built proprietary tools including NextMS TMS and the Maverick investor platform.
Investor Program
Opened the Trucking Automation Program to help investors own assets without operations. MorPro becomes a full technology company and moves to Los Angeles.
